The 1000 series represents 1050, 1060, and 1070 and 1100 grade aluminum sheet, which are also called pure aluminum sheet. In the entire series, the 1100 series belong to the series with a large aluminum content, and the purity can reach 99.00%. Because there are no other elements, the production process is relatively simple, and the price is relatively cheap. It is a more commonly used series of products in traditional industries. Aluminum plate (we say that the thickness is greater than 0.2mm to 500mm, the width is greater than 200mm, and the length is less than 16m is aluminum plate or aluminum plate material). Length and width determine the basic shape of the entire pure aluminum sheet, and the thickness can affect the performance of the entire 1100 aluminum sheet. Regardless of the shape of the aluminum sheet, the error range of the thickness is within ±0.1mm. When the length and width of the aluminum sheet are less than or equal to 2000mm, the allowable error of the length and width is 1mm. When the length and width dimensions are greater than 2000mm, the error of both length and width cannot be greater than 1.5mm.
