5083 aluminium alloy belongs to Al-Mg system welding, which is widely used, especially in the construction industry. 5083 Al-Mg aluminium alloy is a kind of widely used rust-proof aluminium, which has high strength, especially fatigue strength; high plasticity in corrosion,it can not be strengthened by heat treatment, good in Semi-cold work hardening, cold work hardening is low plasticity, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, poor machinability and polishing. It is mainly used for low-load parts which require high plasticity and good weldability and work in liquid or gas media, such as mailbox, gasoline or lubricant conduit, various liquid containers and other low-load parts made by deep drawing.
